* Username: This will be the username for the administration account that you will need to log in to change settings. You will not be able to submit software using this account, it is for administration purposes only.
* Password: Required to login to the administration areas
* Company name: This is the name that will be displayed on each page
* City: The city where you live (used for your disclaimer and legal terms)
* State: The state where you live (used for your disclaimer and legal terms)
* Contact email: All outgoing emails will have this email address as sender. Also, any contact to the administrator will go to this address

* Mail program path: The path to your server's sendmail or other SMTP gateway program. If unsure of the location, contact your host.
* Image directory URL: This is the URL (absolute, or relative to cgi script) where where all your images and the *.css file are located
* Image directory path: This is the path where where all your images and the *.css file are located
* DataLog file path: The location and name of the data file that contains all the names for the menu and categories

* Absolute path for directories: This is the location where where all the script data and category directories will be stored.
* Members path: This is the directory location where the member directory will be stored. it hasn't been created yet, so it can be renamed anything
* Administration path: This is the directory location where the administration directory will be stored. it hasn't been created yet, so it can be renamed anything

Note: It is perfectly alright to put the setting files and directories below server root. Infact security is greatly increased if they are below root.
