How long will it take to set

We try to give ourselves up to
an hour to set up accounts just to be on the safe side but normally, accounts
are usually set up within 30 minutes or less.

never an extra fee for setting up and activating your account outside
of the regular monthly payment under the plan you have chosen.

What's your support
like?

Too many hosts are "friendly"
to you before the sale but then soon forget about you after they have your
money. We don't play those games here. We realize that when you or your customers
are having problems, time is everything. That's why we are passionate about

We have enough sense to know that if we provide you with good service, chances

Why PayPal?

PayPal is a secure and widely
accepted method of processing transactions over the internet but we understand
that some of our customers might want to pay by other means. If you would
rather not use PayPal, you are welcome to pay by personal check or money

What happens after I sign
up?

You will receive two (2) emails.
The first one you receive will be a receipt from our payment processor. A
short while later (usually an hour or less), you will receive a second email
(from us) containing your account details. Please be sure to keep this email
in a safe place in case you need to refer to it later.

Can I use my new account right
away?

Certainly. However, As with any
new host, for the first few days you will need to access your account,
upload and work with your files through a temporary IP address we will provide
you in the welcome email. Once your domain resolves on our server, you will
then be able to access your domain by simply typing it into your
browser.

Why don't your plans come
with xxxxxxx Gigs of bandwidth?
(A)
Hosting companies that sell you
huge amounts of bandwidth for just a few dollars per month (or "unlimited"
bandwidth) are often employing a tactic known in the industry as overselling.
They can safely offer something like 500G of data transfer per month knowing
that the average user seldom consumes more than a gig or two per month (if
that). In most cases, the host will have a contingency plan in place so that
if you do go over the "real" amount, they simply purchase extra bandwidth
from their provider and write you off as a loss, pressure you to upgrade
-or- in some (dishonest) cases, fabricate an excuse and terminate your account.
We don't operate like that here. We'd rather not inflate our bandwidth limits
and have fewer customers than mislead them and end up with unhappy customers
down the road.

Do you have an up-time
guarantee?

Yes. 99.9%. Nothing is ever 100%
and your site may be down for very brief periods during routine server
maintenance. This is normal for any hosting service.

scheduled backups for each account but there is a backup feature available

and/or transferring your domain and providing your registrar with our name

forum-friendly?

Yes. Each account comes with
PhpBB2 and Invision Board which can be installed automatically from your
control panel (or Fantastico). You'll also find quite a number of other
preinstalled scripts and goodies -or- you are welcome to install one of your
own. There are only a few forums and other scripts that have unfortunately
been banned due to the amount of resources they consume. A list of them
can be found in our TOS section.

Why do you use a third-party
payment processor (ie; PayPal)?

PayPal
is a reliable, secure, safe and well-know credit card processor. By using
them for payment processing, we are able to eliminate the up front costs
associated with processing the payments ourselves. What is of far greater
concern are companies who process their own payments and have access to your
credit card information.

Why don't you offer phone
support?
(A)
Phone centers and the operators
to run them cost a lot of money and we would have to pass this expense onto
our customers which would mean an increase in our rates. Telephone support
can also be awkward and cumbersome and there is no document to refer back
to after the conversation. We do offer a number of venues for support such
